Meet me
My name is Elise, and I live in Bern, Switzerland. I have been practicing yoga for several years now. I have completed a 200-hour teacher training and I also trained in Ayurveda, a holistic approach for balancing your unique energies. I am deeply grateful for these transformative teachings and I am looking forward to sharing them with those seeking calm, serenity, and vitality!
