In-Person Yoga Classes 

Take a moment for yourself from your busy life and attend a 1.5 hour class. 

The yoga classes combine movement, breath, and meditation. The pace of the class will depend on the group to make sure that everyone attending is having a good time.

Attend a weekend retreat in the nature which combines yoga with outdoor activities.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, you can except if the is specified that it is an advanced class. If you are attending a yoga class, please send me a message ahead so that I can prepare the class accordingly. If you are attending a retreat, this will be asked in the registration form, so no need to specifically send me a message.
